Composite range (wood plastic composite) color will not fade and will last with same look. No maintenance is required. Natural wood and bamboo are natural materials and due to UV rays will make the original color fade into a beautiful grey patina. If we want to refresh the original color we just need to wash our deck and apply oil. It’s just a few hours refreshment work and your natural deck will look like the very first day.
That will totally depend on UV exposure. The more UV exposure the faster the color will fade into a grey patina. Considering a full sun exposure our deck can become grey on average after 6 to 12 months. Just like our skin, natural products have a reaction to UV rays. But the advantage is that we can easily restore it.
WPC won’t require maintenance in that regard, but a thorough cleaning of the surface is always a nice thing to do. With natural wood and bamboo we recommend a thorough cleaning with high pressure water to remove dirt. Allow enough time to dry and apply a light coating of oil (you can purchase with us our recommended oil). Let the oil dry for 24 hours and make sure no rain during this period.

Indeed it is better. Screw fixing is made by means of forced penetration. The screw is likely to come off at some point if exposed to enough stress. The magnet mechanical locking is a much smarter and secure fixing.
The blocking clip is used in the middle of each board (regardless of its length) to prevent longitudinal sliding. It’s a compulsory component for proper installation.
It’s not a must but it will definitely help you during installation. It will be easier and faster to set the right distance between joists (center to center) and most likely more accurate. It will also enhance the whole substructure stability at the same time.
The aligner is a helpful tool to ensure proper positioning during installation. While not strictly mandatory, it significantly improves accuracy and installation speed.
The magnet tool is essential for removing boards when needed. It allows you to easily lift any board for maintenance or access to the understructure. We recommend having one on hand.
It is indeed more than strong enough and we have official tests done by official labs which support it. The magnet clip is actually stronger than a screw fixing which is an imperfect fixing by means of forced penetration. We have passed 290km/h suction and lift up test.
